National Palace of Culture Conference Centre is 17 minutes on foot from the 1-room Our Place, while Georgiy Markov Statue is situated nearby.

Russian Church St Nicholas can be reached after 25 minutes' walk away.

Guests can benefit from soundproof windows, as well as a TV set, and comforts such as ironing facilities and climate control. Our Place is also furnished with a sofa. Beds fitted with feather down pillows are at guests' disposal. The apartment is equipped with a bathroom that features hairdryers and bath sheets.
